Elli and Nooli Loopi and Fish Blanket Review and Giveaway

I was very pleased to have the chance to review the Elli and Nooli Loopi and Fish Blankets.  I have had issues through all my boys with swaddling blankets because my boys tend to come out on the larger size and I have a very hard time finding blankets that are large enough to swaddle them effectively.

Wow Toys Review Casey Camper Van

I was very excited to see the Casey Camper Van on the Wow Toys website because it is the perfect gift for my little niece who loves to play with her big brothers cars and trucks.  It is perfect for a little girl to enjoy and be apart of her brothers play!  

The Casey Camper van is a sweet orange and white Camper van adorned with flower pots by the windows.  The window area folds down so that you can play with the inside of the Camper, as well as has little people and table and chairs as well as a little dog with bed and bowl.  When folded out there is even a play for the little boy and girl toys to have a game of hopscotch and don`t worry about the pouch, he has his very own door at the back that open to his riding spot when your on the move!  This is a super cute toy that will let you little girl be a girl while playing with the boys.

I Love WOW toys and the more time I spend checking out the site the more I want to get for my kids.  They have a great variety and super cute toys.  Wow toys even carries Bath and Baby toys and I will be going back to discover more great finds for the next birthday...if not before!!

Cozy Bums AMP Diaper Review

I was very excited to be able to review an AMP diaper in Seaspray (Which are made in Canada) from Cozy Bums.  First off I love that Cozy Bums is an Canadian company!!  The website is fantastic and easy to navigate through and the customer service is superb!  When Kerri heard that I was wanting to cloth diaper two different children in different sizes she made sure to send me a diaper that will work for both easily!  She also sent both a micro fiber and hemp insert so that I could test out both as she knew we are new to cloth diapering and wanted to give options. 
 I Love the AMP Diaper!!  It is a one size fits all diaper and says it is supposed to fit between 7 and 35 lbs.  It has PUL on the outside which means no cover is needed and has a microfleece lining on the inside to keep baby dry and comfy.  It also says it can be used as a pocket as well as and all in two, which is where you lay the insert on top of the diaper instead of in the pocket.  This is a nice option for pee only situations as if the liner of the diaper is still dry you can just switch the insert but I found with poops I always need to change the whole thing.  Very happy to say that we have had NO POOP EXPLOSIONS with this diaper!!!

It works great on my 1 year old and I think it will be a great fit for a newborn as well.  It is a bit on the small side for my 2.5 year old but I do have large for their ages children.

The cute outside of the AMP diaper!  I LOVE this color!!!  this is on the smallest rise and there are three levels.

Inside of AMP. The pocket opening for this diaper is at the front of the diaper.

Microfiber and hemp inserts.  Learned that Microfiber is not good to use right against the baby's skin as it drys out the skin so the hemp works great for the AI2 method.

Art Institutes Passion for Fashion 2013

The Art Institute is having a Passion for Fashion Competition

This is a great opportunity for all those fashion conscious Teens who want to get into the fashion business as there are two national competition grand prize winners that will each receive a half scholarship to attend the Art Institute, a VIP trip to New York City with a meet and greet at Seventeen Magazine including having lunch with one of Seventeens style pros's, a $500 shopping spree to DKNY and a $500 gift card to shop in the big Apple!!

There are two separate categories
 1. Fashion Design - submit 3 original drawings of an evening wear garment
 2. Fashion Marketing - submit a fashion trend forecast board.
Entrants must choose an Art Institutes school to represent and later attend and the local competitions will take place at the participating schools throughout Canada and the U.S.
The local winners in each category will earn a $3000 tuition scholarship and will then go on to the national competition where the grand prize winners will be chosen by a panel of fashion industry professionals!
