This is why I was very interested to try zevia when I heard of it.
Zevia is a carbonated drink that uses and all natural sugar substitute called Stevia to add sweetness. Stevia does not affect blood glucose or insulin levels and because it is a natural substance is much better for you then the artificial sweeteners that are in diet soda products.
Zevia also comes in allot of flavors including Black cherry, Cherry cola, Cola, Cream Soda, Dr.Zevia, Ginger Ale, Ginger Root Beer, Grape, Grapefruit Citrus, Lemon Lime Twist, Lime Cola, Mountain Zevia, Orange, Strawberry, and Caffeine Free Cola.
I really enjoyed some of the flavors my favorite being the Ginger Root Beer, But do have to note that Zevia does have a taste and aftertaste similar to diet pops. I am not a huge fan of Diet Soda for the taste reason but if you are and want an alternative to artificial sweeteners and sugar maybe Zevia is for you!
