My four boys are small now and one is not even eating solids yet but already we have a hard time finding available frying pans when cooking a nice breakfast for the family. It usually turns into a big mess with every pan dirty and the oven on to cook bacon. But we all know you just can't make a good pancake in a frying pan! No matter what you do flipping is just not the easiest and usually ends with a wonky pancake.
I was super excited to try out the Hamilton Beach Griddle!! I have been wanting a griddle for quite a while now and now I can't believe I didn't have one! It is so much nicer to be able to cook enough pancakes or bacon for all the boys to have a helping in one go!!! No one is sad waiting for their turn and everyone gets full bullies!
I love that the Griddle is family sized! I can easily make 6 pancakes at once or a whole package of bacon, and the warming drawer is great for when the Bacon's done and I need to make the eggs still! The Primer electric griddle comes with a drip tray, a warming tray, a metal back splash, and has a temperature control for 200-400 F. One of my favourite features is that it is fully immersible when the cord is removed so it makes for fast and easy cleanup!
Our Hamilton beach griddle has fast become a Sunday morning staple in our home!
